How secure is your website?

The short answer? A lot. We care about the privacy of our information as much as you do. To protect against unauthorized use of it, our reservation process is handled on a secure server that fully encrypts your credit card details. Read our privacy policy.

How can i book?

On our main page you will find, at the top, a tab with room options.
There you can see the most outstanding offers, as well as make your reservation

click on the small calendar next to the date box and click on the day of entry into the hotel or write the dates directly using / as a separation between day / month / year.
Do the same for the departure date.
Indicate the number of rooms and people who will occupy each room.
If you need a cot for a baby, at the end of the reservation send an email to kingdomchasky@gmail.com and one of our advisors will manage your request and inform you in case there is any additional cost.

Do I need a credit card for an online reservation?

Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made through the Internet. We hope you have one. Or you can do them by bank transfer.

How much will I be charged at the time of reservation?

Good news. When you book directly through our registered websites, you will only be charged for the first night of your stay (including any applicable taxes and fees) at that time. You will be billed for the outstanding balance at check-in.


What is Kingdom Chasky's cancellation policy?

Reservations must be canceled according to the cancellation policy described by the hostel for the prices and dates reserved. (So please read it carefully before booking, because it is something that has some importance). In general, 30% of the total cost of the reservation is requested, which is non-refundable.

 

How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after check-in time?

All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. However, if you know in advance that you will be late, please indicate this when you make your reservation. It is not required, but it is courteous.

Can I cancel a confirmed hotel reservation?

If you must send a message or email to our official emails, explaining that you have canceled the reservation, however, 30% is retained for expenses that the administration and the hotel have assumed for blocking the room.

 

If I don't like the hotel, what should I do?
